2025-2026 TRACK SEASON
Practice

Team Practice is now on:

​Tuesdays & Thursday from 6pm to 8pm and on Saturdays from 12 noon to 2:00pm.


What to do to be prepared for fall maintenance training.
Here's a quick preparation update so that you are ready.

Fall Maintenance is for any member of Dragons Youth Track and Field and those potential aspiring members of Dragons Youth Track and Field all ages welcomed

All the athlete will need is tennis shoes and water.

If you haven't registered and need to register, administration will be there to help you walk through and complete the online registration.

Uniform sizing will be done at that time.

Although fall Maintenance is not mandatory it is STRONGLY Suggested for all athletes especially those who are going to compete in school sports and or indoor track.

Athletes who train in the fall ABSOLUTELY DOMINATE the spring and summer. Our athletes who take advantage of the fall training are amongst the top athletes in the country.

Parents aren't allowed in the train areas. You are encouraged to bring your chairs and tents if you have them for the sidelines.

Registration
Registration is performed online. Discounted new member registration for multiple athletes within the same household will apply. ​Athletes aged 4 years to 18 years

$90 (Outdoor uniform included)

Returning members 
$60 (No uniform included)

Indoor Elite uniforms and National Championship uniforms
$25 (separate and not included with registration or outdoor uniform).  ​

WHAT TO BRING DURING OUTDOOR SEASON
  1. Be sure to bring plenty fluids for hydration and food for fuel to last throughout the meet.
    • Examples: Yams, Peanut Butter, Chicken, Ham or Turkey Breast Meat
    • Wheat, White or Sandwich Bread
    • No cheese, mayo, or light mustard
  2. Fruits are great!
    • Examples: Grapes, Bananas, Peaches, Oranges, Pineapples, Apples, Watermelon, and Fruit Cups
  3. Healthy snacks are a bonus!
    •  Examples: Granola Bars, Pretzels, Trails Mix Nuts or Fruits
  4. Drinks are definitely needed.
    • Examples: water, Powerade®, and Gatorade®.
    • NO ENERGY DRINKS. They are loaded with sugar.
  5. Accessories.
    • We highly recommend that you bring your own folding chairs, umbrellas, coolers, trash bags, paper towels/ Wipes / Hand Sanitizer.
  6. Patience.
    • Concession stands are typically available; however, Covid-19 has changed a lot of normalcies. Please have patience as we are all adjusting to this new way of life.
